These Terms and Conditions apply to the website Viral Shortcut and to any digital products purchased from us.
1. About Viral Shortcut
Viral Shortcut sells digital creator products, including prompt packs, workflows, guides, templates, html file prompt library, posting assets, and related digital files.
2. Digital products
All products sold on Viral Shortcut are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.
After purchase, you will receive access to downloadable files, digital content, or instructions for accessing the product.
3. Immediate access and cancellation rights
By purchasing a digital product from Viral Shortcut, you agree that the digital content may be supplied immediately after purchase.
You acknowledge that once digital access, download access, or product files are made available, you lose your right to cancel the order for a change-of-mind refund, except where required by law.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been provided.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of use, lack of required tools, or because you did not achieve a specific result.
If there is a technical issue with accessing the product, contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
5. Licence to use the product
When you purchase a product from Viral Shortcut, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own content creation.
You may use the prompts, workflows, and guides to create your own content and videos.
6. What you cannot do
You must not:
- Resell, share, upload, leak, distribute, or give away the product files.
- Claim the product files as your own product.
- Copy the pack and sell a competing or repackaged version.
- Share download links with other people.
- Upload the product files to public websites, file-sharing sites, marketplaces, Discord groups, Telegram groups, forums, or social media.
- Use the product in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights.
7. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee that using our products will result in views, followers, subscribers, engagement, revenue, monetisation, platform approval, viral videos, or business success.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your execution, content quality, platform changes, posting consistency, audience behaviour, and third-party tools.
8. Third-party tools
Our products may reference third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Seedance, DaVinci Resolve, YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms.
We are not responsible for third-party tools, pricing, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, output quality, or availability.
9. Product updates
We may update, improve, remove, or change product files at any time. Unless stated otherwise, purchase of a product does not guarantee lifetime updates.
10. Account and download access
You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout and keeping your download access secure.

11. Intellectual property
All product files, prompts, guides, workflows, templates, written content, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Viral Shortcut unless otherwise stated.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Shortcut is not responsible for indirect losses, lost income, lost profits, lost data, platform restrictions, account bans, failed monetisation, or business losses arising from use of our products.
